Brett "Da Grim" Rogers at SFS/TFC!

posted Feb 17, 2012 5:33 AM by James Gray   [ updated Feb 19, 2012 4:03 PM ]

It was an awesome night and you could feel the energy in the air. Brett Rogers came in and took several photos with the team and individuals then got a solid 30 minutes of bag work in as a final touch before his Main Event fight with Todd Allee (Mash) for Donofrio's My Bloody Valentine February 18th at the Palace of Auburn Hills. It was an honor for us to have an athlete of Brett's caliber in the gym with Team SFS.

#1 Heavyweight in Michigan (video)

posted Feb 13, 2012 5:30 AM by James Gray

YouTube Video

Michael Wojciechowski of Team SFS & Total Fitness Center defeated Ray Rocheleau (widely considered the top Heavyweight in Michigan) in a very impressive manner at WXC34. Everyone that has known Wojo over the last few years has witnessed him go through a personal transformation, not only physically, but also with his mental state. Wojo will continue to push the envelope and break limits set by his own mind until we are all watching him walk out to the UFC.

StrikeForce Guest at SFS/TFC!

posted Feb 8, 2012 11:53 AM by James Gray

Brett "Da Grim" Rogers will be hanging out at SFS/TFC to meet the Team and take pictures & talk with our crew before his fight Saturday night at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Stop by to meet someone who has competed with the likes of Andrei Arlovski & the great Fedor Emelianenko. Brett has an impressive 11-4 record in Professional MMA and holds 8 first round KO/TKO's. Thanks for making SFS/TFC one of the premier training facility in the state, the future is bright.

The electricity and energy that you could feel at SFS/Total Fitness Center was unbelievable. Brian Fornasiero ran our first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class and then I had to practically kick people out at the end of the night. I could write a gigantic article about last night but instead I'll just say watch the video I posted on our home page! Team SFS!

Team SFS will have 5 representatives fighting for the WXC card at Crystal Gardens in South Gate. It's going to be an awesome night.

Michael Wojciechowski will be fighting the #1 Heavyweight in the state as he continues his rampage through amateur MMA, he currently holds the Genesis Fight League title and a perfect 6-0 record.

Zacc Palmer will be stepping back into the cage to continue his quest to climb the amateur ranks. He currently holds a 1-0 after his first round submission of Jack Bell at Ron DeLeon's last promotion in Lansing.

Josh Parisian (3-2) will be coming back stronger than ever in his return to the cage. If you want to see a heavyweight that can throw some serious power, don't miss this fight. Josh has been improving by leaps and bounds.

Quintin Torres and Kurt price will be both making their debut fights at 170lbs. Watch out for both of these guys as they have solid jiu jitsu and striking.
